Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 500g mutton
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt as per need
  • 2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 5g whole red chillies
  • One tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp whole black peppers
  • One tbsp fennel
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • Fresh green coriander
  • Garlic for garnishing
Directions
  • Step 1 Take a pan and add ghee, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and cook it smoothly.
  • Step 2 Then add mutton into that pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 3 Now add water and steam it for 30-40 minutes.
  • Step 4 Then check the mutton is tender or not.
  • Step 5 In a grinder add yoghurt, whole red chillies, whole cumin, lemon juice, black pepper, fennel, and grind it.
  • Step 6 Your roast masala is ready.
  • Step 7 After steam, add roast masala and cook for 8 minutes or until masala remains half.
  • Step 8 Use green coriander for garnishing.
  • Step 9 Your spicy mutton roast is ready.
  • Step 10 Serve it with special Naans.
