Chapli kabab is a Pakistani style BBQ dish that is very famous in Pakistani cuisine. it cooks and serves all over the country. I would like to share my personal experience with chapli kabab here. I was in Islamabad when I tasted Peshawari kabab for the first time. It was almost midnight and the aroma of the kababs was everywhere. When I took my first bite it would get me to another world of delicacy. I mean it was so yummy and tasty and I still feel its taste in my palate. I suggest that you should also try Pakistani chapli kabab. It will make your taste buds happy and gives an amazing memory.

 

Major Ingredients:

Beef

Onions

Tomatoes

Oil

All spices

Chappal Kabab Masala

White Butter

Pomegranate Seeds

Green Chillies

Chapli kabab is so delicious and an aromatic dish of Pakistan. Many people in this region including Afghanistan have loved to make this in their party events as well as their daily meals. I am going to mention an authentic kabab recipe that you can make without any trouble.

Ingredients
  • ½ kg beef (Minced)
  • 2 medium-size tomatoes
  • 2 medium-size onions
  • 5 green chillies
  • ¼ bunch coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp white butter
  • 3 tbsp Gram flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • Two tbsp red pepper
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • ½ litre Oil
  • Salt to taste
Directions
  • Step 1 Take a bowl.
  • Step 2 Add the minced beef, gram flour, coriander, seeds, red pepper, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala into that bowl.
  • Step 3 Mix it well.
  • Step 4 Then add chopped tomatoes, onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and mix it very well.
  • Step 5 Then add and mix egg and white butter.
  • Step 6 Marinate this mixture in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  • Step 7 After that heat up the oil.
  • Step 8 Then, take a small bunch of meat mixture and make it into a flat and round shape.
  • Step 9 Then fry until golden brown.
  • Step 10 Your yummy Chapple kabab is ready to serve with ketchup or raita.
