My recipe of Kurkuri murgha karahi or kurkuri chicken karahi is very simple and easy to cook. All you need is to take bowl and chicken pieces with respective ingredients for marination. Marinade the chicken piece for 2-3 hours. Then deep chicken pieces into a special masala material whose recipe is mentioned below. After that deep fry that chicken pieces into hot oil as it mentioned in recipe card’s instructions. Serve hot with tomatoes sauce your KurKuri Murgh karahi is ready

Ingredients
  • 1 kg chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ rice powder
  • ½ cup circa
  • 1 cup bread powder
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 4 tsp milk
  • 2 tsp chopped red chilli
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • one tbsp ginger paste
  • one tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chopped celeriac
Directions
  • Step 1 Take a bowl and put chicken pieces into it
  • Step 2 Then, add circa and salt to that bowl
  • Step 3 Now, leave aside that chicken pieces for 2-3 hours
  • Step 4 Take rice powder in a bowl
  • Step 5 Add cornflour, bread powder, chopped red chilli, ginger garlic paste, celeriac, and salt as per taste into it
  • Step 6 Separately, mix eggs with 4 tbsp milk
  • Step 7 Then, dip chicken pieces into that mixture
  • Step 8 Role chicken pieces into rice powder mixture
  • Step 9 Lastly, put chicken pieces into hot oil and fry gently
  • Step 10 Your ‘Kurkuri Murghi’ is ready
