Step By Step Instruction for Eid Special Chatkhara Botti:
- Add beef cubes, garlic, chopped onion, ginger paste, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, and salt to a pressure cooker.
- Add 1 glass of water, stir everything together, and cover the pressure cooker.
- Set the burner to medium heat and cook the meat for 15 minutes, or until it is tender. (The duration for cooking the meat may vary depending on the pressure cooker you use.)
- After the timer goes off, remove the cover and cook the steak on high heat until all of the water has evaporated.
- Remove the bay leaf and cinnamon stick from the meat and place them in a basin.
