Beef: Boneless Beed cut into small cube pieces. Make sure the meat is properly cleaned and finely shaped to get the perfect look and taste of Chatkhara Botti. 

Spices: Cumin Powder, Chillie Flakes, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder and Turmeric Powder

Serving: Tomato Ketchup and Sprinkle of Lemon Juice

Step By Step Instruction for Eid Special Chatkhara Botti:

  • Add beef cubes, garlic, chopped onion, ginger paste, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, and salt to a pressure cooker.
  • Add 1 glass of water, stir everything together, and cover the pressure cooker.
  • Set the burner to medium heat and cook the meat for 15 minutes, or until it is tender. (The duration for cooking the meat may vary depending on the pressure cooker you use.)
  • After the timer goes off, remove the cover and cook the steak on high heat until all of the water has evaporated.

  • Remove the bay leaf and cinnamon stick from the meat and place them in a basin.
  • Incorporate the frying spices into the meat. Combine salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli flakes, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cornflour, and garam masala in a mixing bowl.

  • Mix everything thoroughly so that the steak is well covered with masala.
    Incorporate tomato ketchup and lemon juice into the meat. Combine these as well.
  • In a pan, heat the cooking oil for deep frying the meat.
  • Add the beef both one at a time and deep fry for 4-5 minutes on medium to low heat.

  • Drain the extra oil from the beef Boti after it has been fried.

  • Beef without bones 1 kilogramme (cut into medium cubes)
  • Garlic 6 to 7 cloves
  • 1 medium onion (cut into slices)
  • Ginger powder 1 teaspoon
