- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 500g mutton
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt as per need
- 2 cup water
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- 5g whole red chillies
- One tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp whole black peppers
- One tbsp fennel
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- Fresh green coriander
- Garlic for garnishing
- Step 1 Take a pan and add ghee, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and cook it smoothly.
- Step 2 Then add mutton into that pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 3 Now add water and steam it for 30-40 minutes.
- Step 4 Then check the mutton is tender or not.
- Step 5 In a grinder add yoghurt, whole red chillies, whole cumin, lemon juice, black pepper, fennel, and grind it.
- Step 6 Your roast masala is ready.
- Step 7 After steam, add roast masala and cook for 8 minutes or until masala remains half.
- Step 8 Use green coriander for garnishing.
- Step 9 Your spicy mutton roast is ready.
- Step 10 Serve it with special Naans.
